What is your return/refund policy?
Returns/refunds are not given, however if there is an issue with your purchase please contact me through the contact form and I will be happy to discuss ways to make it right
Do you offer custom orders?
Currently I do not. If I ever decide to open up custom orders I would announce that so be sure to follow.
Are the dolls meant for children?
Yes, but not very small children. Most of the dolls contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 5 or those who place things in their mouth. Gentle play is also recommended. My daughter's personal dolls are still going strong after years of gentle play.
Do you repair dolls?
If your doll sustains an injury reach out through the contact form and I will discuss repair options depending on the injury.
Do you offer discounts?
I occasionally run a sale but don't offer any discounts. I will announce all sales on instagram.

When are new dolls available?
I post new items as I make them, usually a couple times a month. I will announce new listings in instagram.

The doll I wanted has sold will you make another one?
Sorry, no. There may be a doll that comes along that will be similar but all of the dolls are one of a kind.
What size are the dolls?
I make large dolls that are approximately 15-18" and pocket sized dolls that are approximately 6". Each doll has her approximate height in the description.
Do you make accessories for large dolls?
At this time I do not. Their clothes are interchangeable though so if you have multiples they can share clothes.
How do I clean/care for my doll?
Please do not machine wash your doll. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. Use fingers to comb hair tangles as a brush would be too harsh for their yarn hair. Some clothing could be gently hand washed and laid flat to dry, still spot cleaning is recommended.
